Russia Visa Requirements

Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted¬)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. 2 Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Reservations
  6. Hotel Reservations
  7. Travel Health Insurance
  8. Latest Letter of Employment
  9. Latest 3 Months Bank Statements
  10. Tourist Voucher (Copy of tourist voucher issued by tourist company or hotel in Russia approved by the Ministry of Tourism)

 

 

Business Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted¬)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. 2 Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Reservations
  6. Hotel Reservations
  7. Travel Health Insurance
  8. Latest Letter of Employment
  9. Latest 3 Months Bank Statements
  10. of Immigration (Explaining the purpose of the trip and requesting issuance of the visa)
  11. Letter from U.S Company (A business letter from your employer stating the reason for your travel and stating that you are financially covered for the trip)
  12. ORIGINAL Letter of Invitation (The letter must be approved by the Russian Federal Migration Service OR a Telex number with the name of the inviting organization issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
