Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Color Proof of Status Copy (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. 2 Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Itinerary
  6. Hotel Reservation
  7. Cover Letter addressed to the Consulate General of Taiwan (Explaining the purpose of the trip and requesting issuance of the visa)
