Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. Two Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Itinerary
  6. Hotel Reservation

  8. Letter of Invitation from Myanmar (Must be on a letter head, needs to state the reason for the trip and the validity period of the visa must also be stated)
