Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form  (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. Two Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Itinerary
  6. Hotel Reservation
  7. Latest Letter of Employment
  8. Latest 6 Months Bank Statements
  9. Latest 6 Pay Stubs
  10. Latest Tax Returns (Either 1040 or Summary Pages)
  11. Statement of Undertaking
  12. Application Checklist
