Rwanda Visa Requirements

1. Visa Application Form: Please ensure that the visa application form is fully completed and signed.

2. Original Passport: Your passport must have a validity of at least 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from the destination country. Additionally, it should have a minimum of 2 blank visa pages.

3. Passport-Type Photograph: Include a passport-style photo with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo for us to print, subject to an associated service charge.

4. Proof of Residency: Provide a copy of your driver's license, state-issued ID, or a major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month. This document should display your name and current address.

5. Itinerary: Include a copy of your round-trip tickets or a detailed itinerary for the duration of your trip. Please ensure that your name is mentioned on the itinerary.

6. Proof of Accommodation: Provide a copy of your hotel reservations or any other documentation confirming your lodgings for the duration of your trip. The reservation should display your name.

7. Cover Letter: Write a signed letter addressed to the Director General of Immigration, explaining the purpose of your trip and requesting the issuance of the visa.

8. Yellow Fever: Please note that yellow fever requirements may apply.
