Nepal Visa Requirements

1. Visa application form: Ensure that you fully complete and sign the provided application form.

2. Original passport: Your passport should meet the following criteria:

  • Validity: It must remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from the destination country.
  • Blank visa pages: The passport should have a minimum of 2 blank visa pages.

3. Passport-type photograph: Include 2 passport-style photos taken within the last 6 months. The photos should feature a white background. Additionally, you have the option to upload a photo for us to print, with associated service charges.

4. Proof of status: Submit a copy of your Green Card (both sides) or any other document that serves as proof of your legal status in the US. Examples of acceptable documents include a copy of I-20, US visa, H1B approval notice, etc. Please note that VisaHQ is currently unable to assist individuals holding US B1/B2 visas.

5. Itinerary: Provide a copy of your round trip tickets or a detailed itinerary that covers the entire duration of your trip. Your name must be included on the itinerary.

6. Proof of accommodation: Include a copy of your hotel reservations or any other documentation confirming your lodgings for the entire duration of your trip. Your name must be listed on the reservation.

7. Business Support Letter: Submit a support letter from the sending company, which introduces you, specifies the nature of the trip, and outlines the desired type and validity of the visa.
