Myanmar Visa Requirements

1. Visa application form: Please ensure that you complete the visa application form in its entirety and sign it.

2. Original passport: Your passport must remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from the destination country. Additionally, it should have a minimum of 2 blank visa pages.

3. Passport-type photograph: Include 2 passport-style photos with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. Optionally, you may choose to upload a photo for us to print, but please note that there will be a charge for this service.

4. Work History: Submit a work history form with original signatures.

5. Proof of status: Provide a copy of your immigration status in the country of residence, such as a resident card, work permit, or study permit.

6. Itinerary: Include a copy of your round-trip tickets or a detailed itinerary covering the entire duration of your trip. Your name must be listed on the itinerary.

7. Proof of accommodation: Submit a copy of your hotel reservations or other lodging arrangements for the duration of your trip. Your name must be included on the reservation.

8. Pre-paid self-addressed return envelope and release of liability: Please include a pre-paid return envelope with tracking and a completed Release of Liability. You can use USPS (Priority or Express) or FedEx (no handwritten airbills). Please refrain from using UPS as we do not have a daily pick-up.
