Madagascar Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the destination country. It should also have at least 2 blank visa pages.

2. Passport-Type Photograph: Include a recent passport-style photo with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You have the option to upload a photo for printing, but please note that there may be a charge for this service.

3. Proof of Status: Include a copy of your immigration status in the United States, such as a resident card, work permit, or study permit. 

4. Itinerary: Provide a copy of your round-trip tickets or a detailed itinerary for the entire duration of your trip. Your name must be listed on the itinerary.
