Indian Tourist Visa Application And Documents Required For U.S Citizens
1. Visa Application Form: Important Note: Please electronically upload the following documents required for the generation of your application form:

Scanned copy of the passport
- Passport photo
- Proof of address (clear scan of driver's license or gas, water, electric bill, or lease agreement in the applicant's name, showing the current residential address)
- Do not mail anything to Avisa Services without the generated application form.
- Once the application form has been generated, please note that ALL 2 PAGES of your application require your original signature. Each page must be printed SINGLE-SIDED only. Applications printed or signed double-sided will be rejected.
2. Original Passport: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the destination country and should have at least 2 blank visa pages.
3. Passport-type Photograph: Include a passport-style photo with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo for us to print, but this service incurs an additional charge. Please note that the applicant must not wear glasses in the photograph.
4. Driver's License: Submit a copy of your driver's license or state-issued ID, or provide the original major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing your name and current address. The address must not be a PO Box, and it MUST match the home address in your applicant profile.
5. Proof of Residency: Provide a clear scan of your driver's license or a gas, water, electric bill, or lease agreement in your name, showing your current residential address.
6. Electronic Copies of Documents: Upload copies of your passport information page, photo, and proof of address (driver's license or a gas, water, electric bill, or lease agreement in your name, showing the current residential address). These scans are necessary for VisaHQ to generate your application form.
Additional Information:
- For travelers with a Pakistani passport or origin:
- International travelers with a Pakistani passport or Pakistani origin should apply for a regular visa at an Indian Mission.
