Croatia Visa Requirements

For stays up to 90 days, a visa is not required.

U.S. citizens must present proof of a negative result from a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 48 hours prior to arrival in Croatia. Alternatively, they can take a PCR test upon arrival and self-isolate until a negative result is obtained. Additionally, it is necessary to provide evidence of a fully prepaid accommodation.

Great! As you plan your trip to Croatia, here are some additional points to keep in mind:

  • Firstly, make sure to check the current validity of your passport.
  • Secondly, ensure that your passport has enough blank Visa pages for any necessary stamps.
  • It is advisable to confirm whether a transit visa is required for any connections you may have during your journey.
  • It is recommended to check with your airline if you have connecting flights to other countries as part of your trip to Croatia. Some countries along the route may have separate transit visa requirements. Please refer to the specific visa requirements of each country accordingly.
