Chad Visa Requirements

1. Visa Application Form: Ensure that the application form for the visa is completed in its entirety and signed.

2. Valid Passport: The passport should have a validity of at least six months beyond the intended departure date from Chad and should contain a minimum of two blank visa pages.

3. Passport-style Photograph: Please include one passport-style photo taken within the last six months, featuring a white background. Optionally, you can choose to upload a photo for us to print, but please note that an additional fee will apply.

4. Hotel Reservation: Provide a copy of the hotel confirmation that clearly displays the applicant's name.

5. Itinerary: Submit a copy of round trip tickets or a detailed itinerary that covers the entire duration of your trip. Ensure that the applicant's name is included on the itinerary.
