Cambodia Visa Requirements

1. Visa application form: Please ensure that you fully complete and sign the application form.

2. Original passport: Your passport must have a validity of at least 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from the destination country and should contain at least 2 blank visa pages.

3. Passport-type photograph: Please provide a passport-style photo taken within the last 6 months, with a white background. You also have the option to upload a photo for us to print, but please note that there is a charge associated with this service.

4. Health insurance: It is required to have health insurance coverage of at least USD 50,000 that is valid for Cambodia, or you can opt for the FORTE Insurance plan, which costs USD 90 and should be purchased before your departure.

COVID-19 Test Result: A PCR swab test is mandatory. Please provide the original copy of the COVID-19 test result, which should have been issued no more than 72 hours prior to your departure. The test result should bear a signature or stamp for authentication.
