Complete and sign two application forms. Please note that the application must be typed; handwritten applications will not be accepted by the Embassy. Ensure that all sections of the forms are filled out accurately. 

Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your intended departure date from the destination country. Additionally, it should have at least 2 blank visa pages for visa issuance. 

Include two recent passport-style photographs with a white background. These photos should have been taken within the last 6 months. Alternatively, you may choose to upload a photo for us to print, but please be aware that there may be a charge associated with this service.

Provide a copy of your round-trip tickets or a detailed itinerary covering the entire duration of your trip. The itinerary must include your name as the traveler.

Include a copy of your most recent monthly bank statement that clearly demonstrates proof of sufficient funds. The statement should indicate your name as the account holder, the account balances, and the date of the statement 

Submit a copy of confirmed hotel reservations or other lodgings for the duration of your trip. The reservation should clearly display your name as the guest.
