1. Fully Completed, Signed, and Notarized Visa Application Form: Ensure that you have filled out the visa application form accurately and completely. Sign the form and have it notarized.
2. Original Passport: Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended departure date from Afghanistan
Additionally, it should have a minimum of 2 blank visa pages.
3. Passport-Style Photographs: Include 2 recent passport-style photographs with a white background. These photos should have been taken within the last 6 months. If desired, you can also choose to upload a photo for us to print, although a service charge may apply.
4. Itinerary: Provide a copy of your round-trip tickets or a detailed itinerary covering the entire duration of your trip. Your name must be clearly mentioned on the itinerary.
5. Doctor's Note: Obtain a letter from your physician confirming that you are free from any communicable diseases. This note should be included in your application.
6. Tourist Voucher (if applicable): If you are traveling as a tourist, include a letter from your travel agency that confirms the purpose of your travel to Afghanistan.
7. Personal Letter: Write a personal letter addressed to the Embassy of Afghanistan. This letter should explain the purpose of your trip, including the dates of travel, cities you plan to visit, and your place of accommodation.
