Cameroon Visa Requirements

Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
Two Passport Sized Photos
Flight Itinerary
Copy of Yellow Fever Vaccination Proof
Latest Bank Monthly Statement

Former Cameroonian citizen will need to turn in their Cameroonian passport for them to be able to apply for the visa.
