Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc) (must be NOTARIZED)
  4. Two Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Itinerary
  6. Proof of Residency (NOTARIZED copy of either driver’s license, lease, or major utility bill
  7. Latest 3 Months Bank Statements
  8. Letter of Authorization (Please contact us for the letter)

Business Visa
