• Step 1: Document Gathering

  Before you embark on your passport renewal journey, ensure you have the following documents at your fingertips:

  Original US Passport: Your most recent passport must satisfy specific conditions to be eligible for renewal. It should have been issued less than 15 years ago, when you were 16 years or older, be undamaged, and have been valid for 10 years. If you've received a passport card, be sure to mention it in your application to avoid delays

  • DS-82 Passport Application

    You can find the application form on the official usa Department of State website. When filling out the application, ensure:

    1. Your name matches your current passport, including any middle name.
    2. Your Social Security Number (SSN) is correct. Note that you won't need to submit a copy of your SSN with your application, except in complicated cases.
    3. The travel date in your application falls within 14 days of your application submission. If your trip isn't within 14 days, leave the travel dates section empty.
    4. You include details about any previously issued passport cards.

  • Select the following options before submitting the application

    1. The total cost for applying for a passport book only is $190. If you're applying for both a book and a card, the total is $220.
    2. Once you've filled out the application, click on the link that says 'Create Form' to download the file. Then, email the application to a.visaservices@gmail.com.
    3. When printing the application, make sure it's single-sided, not back-to-back pages.

  • Evidence of Urgent Trip

    You'll need to provide a travel itinerary in the traveller's name that is within 14 days of travel. If you don't have a flight itinerary, please inform us.

  • Passport Photographs

    Two passport-sized photos with a front view and a white background are required. If you prefer, we can provide passport photos for a fee of $15.

  • Authorization Letter

    Print and complete two copies of the Expedited Passport Authorization letter, authorising us to act as your agent.

  • Proof of Name Change (if applicable)

    If you wish to have a different name on your passport from your current one, provide original documents like a court order or marriage certificate. Additionally, if your name has been updated on your driver's licence or state ID, provide front and back copies of the document. If your SSN reflects the new name, include a copy of your SSN. Any other documents displaying the new name, such as insurance cards, credit or debit cards, or utility bills, can be helpful.

  Ensure you select a delivery option that doesn't require an 8 AM delivery; instead, opt for a 10:30 AM or later delivery to guarantee a secure submission.
