Australia Visa Requirements

Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
  2. Immediate Family Information (Family Composition Form)
  3. Notarized Copy of Indian Passport
  4. Two Passport Photos
  5. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  6. Flight Itinerary
  7. Polio Vaccination (If the applicant has spent 28 days or more in Afghanistan, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia or Syria after May 5th 2014, the applicant must provide a polio vaccination certificate
  8. Bank Statement (Latest bank statement that must have applicant’s name and must show the balances of the account)
  9. Employment Letter
  10. Mortgage / Lease (A copy of the applicant’s mortgage or lease)
  11. Letter of Request (A letter with a request to issue the visa, introduce yourself in the letter and indicate the purpose of your trip and the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited)
  12. Military Service Record (If you have served in the military before, certified copy of military service record or discharge papers must be provided)
  13. Proof of Name Change (If you have changed your legal name)

 

Business Visa
