Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Color Proof of Status Copy (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. 2 Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Itinerary
  6. Hotel Reservation
  7. Latest Letter of Employment
  8. Latest 3 Months Bank Statements

 

 

Business Visa

  9. Letter of Approval from Ministry of Labor (For stays over 15 days, a letter of approval from the Ministry of Labor is required)
  10. Letter from U.S Company
  11. Letter from Inviting Company in Thailand
