Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form(Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. NOTARIZED Color Proof of Status Copy (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. 2 Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Itinerary
  6. Hotel Reservation
  7. Latest Letter of Employment
  8. Latest 3 Months Bank Statements
  9. Cover Letter addressed to the Consulate General of Taiwan (Explaining the purpose of the trip and requesting issuance of the visa)
