Saint Lucia Visa Requirements

Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. 2 Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Itinerary
  6. Hotel Reservation
  7. Travel Medical Insurance
  8. Latest Letter of Employment
  9. Latest 3 Months Bank Statements
  10. Latest 6 Pay Stubs
  11. Latest Tax Returns (Either 1040 or Summary Pages)
  12. If the applicant is a minor
    1. An original notarized letter of consent, must be signed by both parents and authorizing travel to destination country
    2. Decision of the court depriving of the parental rights of one of the parents + copy
    3. Death Certificate of one of the parents + Copy
    4. Birth Certificate of the child
    5. Copy of both parent’s ID

 

Business Visa
