Rwanda Visa Requirements

Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted¬)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. 2 Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Reservations
  6. Hotel Reservations
  7. Proof of Residence (Driver’s License, State ID, or Utility Bill showing current address)
  8. Yellow Fever Card
  9. Cover Letter addressed to Director General of Immigration (Explaining the purpose of the trip and requesting issuance of the visa)

 

 

Business Visa

  10. Letter from U.S Company (A business letter from your employer stating the reason for your travel and stating that you are financially covered for the trip)
  11. Letter from Inviting Company in Rwanda
