Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. Two Passport Photos
  5. Yellow Fever Vaccination (A copy of the Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever vaccination)

 

Business Visa

  1. Visa Application Form
