Barbados Visa Requirements

Tourist Visa

  1. Visa Application Form (Must be Physically Signed, Electronic Signatures are not accepted)
  2. Original Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and must have 2 blank visa pages)
  3. Proof of Status (Copy of your Green Card, F1 Visa, H1B Visa etc)
  4. Two Passport Sized Photos
  5. Flight Itinerary
  6. Letter of Request (A letter with a request to issue the visa, introduce yourself in the letter and indicate the purpose of your trip and the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited)
